1General Introduction

MCW 365 is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and beyond. The terms and conditions set out in this document constitute a legally binding agreement between MCW 365 and all its members.

2Account Registration

To register on MCW 365, the following conditions must be met. MCW 365 reserves the right to reject any application.

One person, one account:

Each person may hold only one account on MCW 365. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same mobile number, device, or IP address, all associated accounts may be closed.

3Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

The minimum age to register on MCW 365 is 18. This is a strict requirement and MCW 365 makes no exceptions.

When is identity verification required?

• For your first withdrawal request
• For large deposits or withdrawals
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account
• MCW 365 may, at any time it deems necessary,

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driver's license
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)

4Account Usage Policy

The following rules must be followed when using your account on MCW 365.

Security Responsibilities:

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Do not share account access with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact MCW 365 Support immediately.

Keep your details accurate:

Keep your account details (name, mobile number, payment information) up to date and accurate at all times. MCW 365 is not responsible for any withdrawal delays or blocks caused by incorrect information.

• Change your password regularly
• Avoid logging in on public Wi-Fi
• Log out after each session
• If you notice any suspicious activity, report it to Support immediately

5Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on MCW 365. Visit the payments page for full details.

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name
• Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer are accepted
• Deposits are generally credited instantly
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal amount ৳500
• Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal
• Withdrawals can only be made to your own account
• Processing is typically completed within 3–5 minutes
• Withdrawals are not permitted until bonus wagering requirements are met

6Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on MCW 365.

Bet acceptance & cancellation:

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed. However, MCW 365 reserves the right to void a bet under the following circumstances:

• If an event is cancelled or suspended
• If there is a technical error in the odds
• If evidence of match-fixing or manipulation is found
• If a policy violation is proven

Payout policy:

• Winnings from successful bets are credited to your account automatically
• Payouts are calculated based on final odds
• Maximum payout limits are set by MCW 365 and are subject to change
• In case of any dispute, MCW 365's decision is final

Live Betting:

Odds in live betting change rapidly. MCW 365 reserves the right to suspend live betting at any time. MCW 365 is not liable for delayed bet placement caused by network issues.

7Bonus & Promotion Terms

Every bonus offer on MCW 365 comes with its own specific terms. The following general terms apply to all bonuses.

General bonus terms:

• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements and an expiry date
• Unused bonuses will be forfeited upon expiry
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly
• Bonus funds will only be converted to your real balance once the wagering requirement has been met

Bonus Abuse:

MCW 365 closely monitors bonus system abuse. The following activities are considered abuse:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Using counter-betting or arbitrage strategies
• Strategic betting to circumvent bonus conditions

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on MCW 365. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Operating an account with fraudulent or false information
• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing or any form of manipulation
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Attempting to hack or compromise the MCW 365 system
• Attempting unauthorised access to another member's account
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Harassing or intimidating MCW 365 staff
• Accessing services from a restricted region

9Account Closure & Suspension

MCW 365 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances.

MCW 365 may close an account if:

• A violation of any clause in the Terms & Conditions occurs
• Registration was completed with false or incorrect information
• Identity verification cannot be completed
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
• Self-exclusion is available to help you stay in control

To close your account yourself:

Any member may contact MCW 365 Support at any time to request account closure. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

10Responsible Gaming

MCW 365 believes betting is entertainment, not an addiction. We encourage all our members to play responsibly.

Protection tools provided by MCW 365:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Session Limits: Set a limit on continuous play time
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period
